Apparently, Old McBrayer was an actual going concern. I'm finding bits and pieces of information scattered on the web, including a posting on a website of a guy who has a bottle of the actual whisky.

Edit to add: the company seems to have gone under some time ago, which is perhaps why we're seeing it used in productions. It's got the right touch of old world feel and new world lack of legal protection. ;)
May have been on the losin' side, still not convinced it was the wrong one.

This is an expired auction for a small advertising placard that shows a lot of the hallmarks of our label, including the seal and border.

Zoe's holster came back from a vacation in Deadwood. It's not surprising other props would surface there too.

Actually, that's what started me watching. :)
But it's a good show, so I got lost in the story and haven't had an eye out for Zoe's rig since really early on.
