all I know is I have paid $450 of a sonic screwdriver that does not work

so $400 to $600 for a beat up Catalyzer is fine for me just depends on one's must have's

do you want the Catalyzer or Jane's LeMatt or a Caption Mal's Elk coat

all depends on one's out look

but I do believe in the FREE flow of info but that's just me others tend to keep secrets

So I guess that's it huh? Last firefly mystery solved and we've move on to pastry discussion?

FNS, rename the board CookiePieTalk.

:D just teasing.

If I lived in LA I would hit up APEX surplus for these. ;)

I don't mind if you talk about pies and cookies. Just make sure that you send me a slice of pie or some cookies if you bake some
Some Serenity shaped cookies would be nice

But back on topic: I don't need a working/refurbished/brand new catalyzer for $500 or more. Old, beat up, non working just like the one on the show will do just fine. If anyone finds some ppppppllllllleeeeeaaaaasssssseeeee think of me and get me one :-)

Frank, it's the old beat up ones that are almost 500! Crazy, I know...

... and nothin' beats blueberry pie.

Thanks Mike. I've pestered Phil a bunch and he says he'll get around to casting it eventually... I just wish that were... like.. NOW!

my response to ZK when he refused to disclose the part: "oh. lame, dude."

my response when Joa disclosed the part: "oh!. sweet, dude. thanks!"

i'm no closer or further from dropping the price of a new exhaust system on a random aircraft part picked because it looked distinctive. rpf mod man needs to step down off his high horse and play damage control with something other than a bucket of gasoline and a flamethrower. not helping, dude.

anyway, that's my two credits. sorry to everyone involved, but i kinda don't give two sh!ts about politics, on any scale. i'm here for the peeps and the props, not necessarily in that order. blame yellowjacket for my lurking here in the first place if you must, but i stuck around for the rest of y'all.

i lurk on the rpf, but i don't really post. they're big enough that people think they can be douches and get away with it, and i don't like that. you don't really see that very much here. whats-his-face can ban me for disagreeing if he wants, no biggie.

Eh? Um... er... if mean me, I'm not doing any casting of anything!

(I AM however getting ready to spring a new little Firefly prop parts kit onto y'all that has nothing to do with this but has been a long time coming. I'm on the home stretch of finishing up the plans... should have something in a day or two 8-) )
