It somewhat suprizes me that this hasn't been brought up yet, but the "body bags" they used to smuggle Simon and River and medical supplies into and out of the hospital was a slightly modified found item.
They were THULE car top carriers, but the logo was removed. I think I've linked to the correct model below.

It's a little pricey, but a great addition to a collection - if you have the room to store or display it. ;)
