Tracey's voice recorder

Postby F-N-S » Fri May 22, 2009 11:13 pm

Tracey's voice recorder was made out of a cheap chinese made FM radio.

My voice recorder. No it's not weathered, I just suck at painting

Does anyone know a source for the radios? I missed the ones listed on the RPF.
Thanks

some people in the RPF still have radios for sale. I asked a few weeks ago, because mine got lost and I've got many PMs from people who wanted to sell their radios....
just ask and start a WTB-thread...

Unfortunately I am not a registered member of RPF. I will just keep an eye out for the mini radio.

I can hook you up with a resin one for cheap... Basically the cost of a padded envelope and a couple stamps.

It's cast off of the real radio. I made up a few molds of it and pour extra resin into them when I'm pouring something bigger. They take some cleanup since I'm usually not pouring all that carefully, but they do clean up nice!

wow. that's cool.... I think I'd take one of these :)

but that's something you should put in the market-place. Perhaps you have some grenades too? ^^

At this point I'm not really ready to offer stuff up on any scale. That really should have been a PM, but I was in a rush and not thinking :(

I will be posting in the marketplace sometime soon, once I can get some stock built up. I don't like to do pre-orders, I try to only sell what I have in hand. When I do pre-orders I get myself into trouble and it takes 2 months to get folks their stuff ;)
