It would go for a preferential rate to a member of this board.

Has all sorts of lights and stuff.

It just HURTS that I can't even ask about cost.
I know I won't be getting it.

I think people may be surprised.

I am willing to let things go to members of this board for much less than you might expect. It's about money a bit, yes, life does do that, and like it or hate it you can't ignore it.

It's also about items going to the right home.

I also happened into the Rance Burgess laser kit from "Heart of Gold".
(Things move so fast on the RPF I nearly missed the initial posting about the run!)
The original hero prop was available for about eight grand,
but my budget was about $7,850 less than that, so I'm building this really nice static display model.

The kit was cast off the rubber stunt prop so I had to machine out the gap in the handle, I drilled out the barrels,
and I drilled and filed out the (supposed to be) open areas around the barrels.
I also machined a stainless tube for the "check battery" tube and machined aluminum end caps.
I also got a mini-CD to put in the...magazine?...area.

This and the Alliance sonic rifle are the last items on my "must have" Firefly collector's list.

Received my completed pistol last night:

I got a friend to assemble and paint it for me, as my skills are sadly lacking in both departments. :)
