Han in Carbonite

Postby Badger » Sat May 23, 2009 6:28 pm

Ok, so to kick us off;

How many times does Han in Carbonite appear in the show?

I've spotted him here:

1. Behind the Mudder's Bar in Jaynestown.
2. In the engine room by Kaylee's hammock in The Message.
3. In the mess with Jayne, Book and River in Objects in Space.

I think he's behind Mal when he's cleaning his guns in the mess in Heart Of Gold too.

Any advances?

While watching the series I only spotted him in the engine room in The Message...

Your right, he is behind Mal in Heart of Gold:

I love it that they put Han in the background

I really love the idea of him being sneaked into the set. The on-set propmaster and Nathan had a little competition going to see who could get him in the shot more often.
Nathan is a huge Firefly fan, hence Han.

He's one of the stars of the collection and is one of the few props not in secure storage, he lives here at home.

Another sighting!

Han is on the shelf in the dark deserted mess when Mal is alone in 'Out of Gas'

There's a good pic of him on my site:

It doesn't look like either model to me. Details are different...

I asked that he be included in the 3rd FFOC book as he's a fantastic piece of Firefly lore, but the Editor said Lucasfilm wouldn't grant them permission.
