Yes, who are often at odds with Creative and Marketing departments who better understand
"goodwill between franchises" and "free advertising".

Remember the fan-backlash debacle when licensing went after 11th Hour for her Cafepress site featuring Chinese lettering in swirly-color backgrounds.
Firefly and Serenity both fell off the Amazon charts after riding high for over a year.
Etc...

I understand that Studio's "can't give away the store", but all those smart lawyers should find a way to replace the C&D with some legally constructive Fair Use documents for fan projects.

I don't recall any markings anywhere.

The likeness is really on the money.

So much so, I wondered if it was a rapid prototyped output of a lifecast or commercial HIC scan.
