I also would be interested in purchasing a resin kit (or two!)

Eric Ardros wrote:Of course, if QMX managed to fabricate such a kit as Badger described in Post # 07 on the first page, with brass and steel coloured parts, then the whole issue of masking off the different areas for painting would be eliminated.

Back at the last CSTS screening, Andy showed me the latest QMX prototype Mal pistol frame... it was made out of heavy resin that had the brass color dyed into it. Or something. I'm not sure exactly how it was done... but it looked pretty cool.

With that kind of resin parts, coupled with Badger's knowhow, I think they can make an awesome resin pistol. A stunt version to compliment our 47As... *grin*

Now that's what I'm talking about! It would make the perfect companion piece to the 47A. Not that I could afford the full metal kit, lol, but still... it would be quite the set to behold in anyone's collection

Since I'm not ever going to produce my own Mal Pistol kit, or any unlicensed Firefly/Serenity items, I would like to continue this discussion on the 'QMx Mal pistol kit' thread in QMx corner.

Many thanks to everyone who has contributed to this thread, but its day is done.

Thanks again,

Badger
