Getting frustrated- need to bang this thing out by tomorrow, so I just went the cheap and "cheesy" route and finished up the neckline with wire mesh, tape and a little paint.

I test fit the 'Troublemaker' tee shirt, and the collar covers up all the way to the statue neck in the front, with some of the painted area of my transition showing at the sides and rear.

Will post one last pic tomorrow- got it disassembled for a hard cure on the paint tonight. I know it's not anywhere near the level of awesomeness of the stuff you guys build on this board...

No worries, mate!

I'm pretty pleased with how it came out, but I cursed many times before I was done.

He's not so pretty from the back side- to make the front of the neck and the front of the statue neck align, I had to give him a bit of a 'buffalo hump'! It will be hidden by the jacket collar for sure, though.

I'd still like to hear from anyone who can tell me the correct type of military coats Jayne wears and where I might find some in surplus.

The other day I was a 'Mudder' (me like)...today, I'm listed as an 'Alliance Soldier'. Did I do something wrong? (grin)

Didn't see any way to control that in the UCP/profile area...
